The Outer Planets
Outer Planets

Welcome to the AstroArt section on the Outer Solar System.

The outer planets are Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune. All are 'gas giants' and have no surface, all are very cold, and all have rings (Saturn's being the brightest). Pluto is included as when it was painted it was still a planet!

The Outer Planets

The Outer Planets contain the largest bodies in the Solar System after the Sun.

The planets are Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune. Beyond them lie dwarf planet Pluto and other members of the Kuiper Belt.
